As police confirm that Miriam Hyman from Barnet in north west London is the second Jewish victim in last Thursday's bombings in London, a man she meet through JDate reveals to SomethingJewish his memory of Miriam and his feelings.
"I met Miriam through Jdate earlier this year, and we spent many weeks talking on the phone and email, though we only managed to meet once to go walking around Aldenham Park in Hertfordshire.
"During the time we were in touch I felt that she was a truly beautiful person, full of energy, and spirituality. Unfortunately we lost touch due to various trips away and inconvenient work schedules.
"I was concerned when I saw Miriam's name amongst the missing, and cried when I read her father thought she may have taken a bus from King's Cross. I read this morning that Miriam was formally identified as one of the victims of the London Bombings.
"I would like to convey my deepest sympathies to her family, and to let them know that her message to me was to persevere with my writing, and to rebuild my trust in opening myself up to others. She was a wonderful inspiration, and the world will dearly miss her."
