Members of London's Jewish community are being invited to grill London mayor Ken Livingstone over his policies as well as recent comments he has made about suggesting that two Jewish businessmen should go back to Iran, even though they have no connection with the country.
ITV London is hosting The London Debate on May 10 from 7pm at its studios near South Bank and admission is free by ticket only.
"We think members of the Jewish community have much they want to ask the mayor about especially his recent remarks that have caused controversy," a spokesperson for ITV London told SomethingJewish. "This offers an opportunity to ask those questions."
As well as getting an opportunity to ask the Mayor why he has said what he has including comparing a Jewish reporter from the Evening Standard to that of a Nazi concentration camp guard, The London Debate will allow the audience to ask more about London policies from transport to leisure.
Admission is strictly by advance ticket as no admission will be granted without the ticket. To reserve a ticket e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0207 737 8455
