Legendary singer Barbra Streisand is to perform her first show in London since 1994, as part of a major European tour.
Streisand, who will be joined on tour by a 58 piece orchestra, will also play her first ever shows in continental Europe this summer, visiting Vienna, Paris and Nice, as well as performing in Dublin. The tour will reach London's O2 Arena on July 18, while dates in other cities will be announced shortly.
The concerts follow her recent US tour, which saw her breaking box office records in 14 of the 16 venues she played.
Streisand has expressed excitement at the prospect of coming to Europe.
"What a joy it will be to perform in so many wonderful countries for the first time," said the singer. "I can't wait to experience these different audiences and different cultures."
Concert promoter Michael Cohl described it as a "great honour" to bring Streisand to continental Europe for the first time.
"It is an amazing show," he said. "A once in a lifetime experience not to be missed."
Cheapest tickets for the London concert are £100 while top tickets will cost £500. Part of the proceeds will also go to the Barbra Streisand Foundation, which supports charitable causes.
"Seeing Barbra Streisand in concert is a pretty momentous occasion that ranks up there with seeing Sinatra or Elvis," said a spokesman. "If you think that FA Cup final tickets are going for £1,600, you get some sort of context."
