The trip, which is from Sunday June 22 and fi nishes on Friday June 27, offers six cookery classes, all meals, fi eld trips and transport during the stay. The price, which excludes flights to Rome, is £1200 per person.

All classes are vegetarian, apart from one which will be kosher.
