Looking for office space in central London but don't know how to get the best possible deal? Then you need some help and Adam Landau and Robert Leigh are two 20-something guys who can help you out.
Working only on behalf of tenants, Adam and Robert's company Devono has grown rapidly in the five years since they established it and are currently on course for £2m turnover.
According to Robert, tenants have traditionally not been given as much attention as landlords. "I noticed there was a huge gap in the market because tenants were not being given the same treatment as landlords," he says.
By focusing on tenants, Devono has built up an impressive list of clients including Enpocket, Climate Change Capital and National Basketball Association and by leveraging its number of clients claims to negotiatie good deals.
"Landlords' agents like dealing with us because they know that we have a large number of tenants looking for property and that we will put together fair deals," Robert added.
