More than 100 members of staff working for Norwood which supports children and adults with disabilities have passed their National Vocational Qualification.
The staff members were recognised at two events, one at East Berkshire Golf Course and another at Harrow & Wembley Progressive Synagogue Hall.
"This is a real occasion to celebrate, said chief executive Norma Brier. "The sheer number of awards achieved demonstrates Norwoods commitment to being a leading provider of specialist services within the UKs learning disability sector. Over the next few years, were moving towards a person-centred approach."
