Angela Duce Head of adults services at Norwood
In a bid to make itself more focused towards its clients in the provision of services towards adults with learning disabilities, Norwood has appointed a head of adults' services.
The children and families charity which supports disadvantaged people has brought all its adult disability services under one umbrella with Angela Duce in charge.
Duce, who initially trained as a learning disability nurse, has more than 20 years experience in the field and was previously head of operations of a learning disabilities charity.
"I am delighted to be able to welcome Angela to Norwood," said Norwood director of operational services David Harris. "Angela's experience is just what we need to assist us as we continue to develop new and innovative services for the people we support."
Duce added: "It is my goal to embed the person-centred approach into Norwood's services. We want to ensure that everyone we support lives the life they want to live."
