The Union of Jewish Students has re-elected Adam Pike, its current national chairperson, to a second term.
Pike, who was first elected in December 2007, was nominated to stand again by ten Jewish society presidents.
According to his supporters, among Pike's achievements so far have included an inter-Jewish society football competition and a Jewish student awards dinner.
"I'm delighted by the support I've received from across the country. UJS is a union of its members and their endorsement is the most important measure of our success," Pike said. "I am as excited and energised about my second term as I was about the first. Jewish student life on campus is thriving and although we face some tough challenges I'm confident that we can make the experience of every Jewish student at university even more positive."
