In a unique partnership with the Cuban Jewish community, World ORT and ORT Cuba have designed and created the first official website entirely dedicated to the Jewish Community of Cuba. The website, The Cuban Jewish Community, launched in mid October by the Cuban Jewish community, was created to show Cuban Jewish community life and provide information as to its history, traditions and customs.
The site, which is currently only available in Spanish, has sections which deal specifically with the community, its organisations and future projects. The site will be launched in English at the end of November.
The technical and creative work was carried out at the ORT Technological Centre in Havana, an important resource serving the Cuban Jewish Community.
